Leonardo da Vinci (the Little Man) plans to paint the Mona Lisa with a pouting mouth, but the Pink Panther insists on a smile, which he constantly draws on the painting when da Vinci isn't looking. As da Vinci repeatedly attempts to repaint the frown, the Panther strikes back by repainting the smile.
